About Me

Ross Pollard

Hi! I’m Ross Pollard, I’ve spent over two decades working on a helicopter as an Intensive Care Paramedic. I’ve seen a lot!

I’m a Breathwork Instructor because my job is stressful & I use my breathwork techniques to help me overcome stress in the high pressure situations I find myself in everyday. I now direct this focus to corporates & individuals to help them overcome stress, anxiety & overwhelm.

I’m an avid cold-water swimmer & ice bath enthusiast & I’m one a few who has completed the Winter Rip Swim three times in one of the worlds most treacherous waterways without a wetsuit. I love it because everyday I see the physical & mental benefits of this ritual.

I live in Melbourne, Australia with my beautiful family who I cherish.
I’m so passionately driven by this purpose & mission of mine to help others through my motto:
