About Me

Ross Pollard

Corporate Breathwork & Workplace Mental Health Specialist

A former Intensive Care Helicopter Paramedic, Ross Pollard brings more than 20 years’ experience working in high-pressure environments where sustained stress, cognitive load, and fatigue were constant factors, and where clear thinking under pressure was essential.

That background shapes his approach to breathwork. The methods he teaches are not theoretical or time-intensive wellbeing practices, they are practical nervous system regulation tools designed to be used in the moment, during real work demands, without interrupting productivity or daily tasks.

Ross is an Oxygen Advantage® Advanced Instructor, trained in evidence-based breathing methods focused on functional breathing, stress regulation, and performance under pressure.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Ross works with organisations focused on building calmer, more focused, and more resilient workplaces through practical, on-the-ground strategies.
